Local price variation is real, and the drivers we can model are labor-side: crew wages, permitting, disposal fees and market busyness. Materials can also vary locally with freight and supply, but we hold no verified geographic material data, so our engine does not adjust material by geography, which is why we can be useful nationally while being honest about what we do not yet know locally.
